Estimated completion for design projects is 5 - 8 weeks. Full branding services including web, brand and print take anywhere from 3+ months.  All time estimates are dependent upon the individual project, revisions, client response timeliness, and studio schedule. A detailed milestone timeline is assigned upon project initiation via 17hats, our project management program, as estimates and may vary from project to project.




At the beginning of our project we’ll schedule a short call to discuss the vision and goals for your business and brand development. This time is also for you to pick my brain and ask any questions you may have regarding the development process and your project.




If we both feel great about moving forward, a detailed proposal for your investment will be sent to you for your review and approval. To move forward with your project, please accept and sign the proposal by submitting your online signature. A copy of your signed proposal will automatically generate to your inbox and is shortly followed by a contract signature request and a copy of your invoice. To begin your project and reserve your place in the studio queue, please kindly remit the first payment (deposit) as detailed on your invoice. As a friendly reminder, deposits are nonrefundable.




You will receive a thorough design questionnaire to complete before design work officially begins. You’ll be asked some important questions that allow me to better understand your needs, ensuring we’re on the same page and good to go! The questionnaire is used as a valuable reference point throughout the duration of our project. If you are having a website designed, you’ll be asked to start fully mapping out your content.




Your project start date is here and now it’s time to set the design mood. Yay! Between 7-10 business days of your project start date, you will receive your first deliverable, an inspiration mood board, and have the opportunity to review and request up to 2 rounds of complementary revisions to ensure you love the direction.




Let the design process and implementation begin! Depending on the products you’ve selected, you will receive mockups for review and the alloted rounds of revisions outlined in your proposal until you’re in love. Products with digital files will be sent in .PDF format via email for review.

For websites, this is when we’ll need all content and website photography delivered to your DropBox folder. This is due prior to website mockup completion and before we go into full development and will be used to finalize mockups for your approval. A friendly reminder that any delays in content may delay your project and move your space in the studio queue. Any changes requested after mockup approval will be billed separately. Now you’ll have some time to day dream about your beautiful new website while we work our magic. Once everything’s plugged into your site, you will have a login and access link to view the site live online for your review and approval.




Once your approval is received and your final payment is made, I will package and deliver your files if applicable and/or activate your website and link your domain. If digital files have been purchased you will receive final versions via a personal DropBox link for download or via email for one file projects. Downloads are available for 30 days before deletion, so be sure to save, save, save! Your files are now ready for print or you can have us manage your print process. Print process management is an additional service we are happy to provide to take a little off your plate.




Get out your pen and pad, it’s time to take some notes and learn how to manage your website, edit and add new content! We’ll set up a 1 hour screen share video conference at a time most convenient for you to walk you through how to manage your site content. Our chat will be recorded live and provided to you for future reference.




Print process management is an additional service we are happy to provide to take a little off of your plate and free up some time in your busy schedule. Finding a printer you trust, collecting quotes and learning the printing process is time consuming and can be a bit overwhelming if you’re unfamiliar so we’ve already done the dirty work for you. We’ll communicate with the printer on your behalf, package, ship and deliver your products directly to you, fully tracked.

$100 per order including shipping and an additional $50 per each additional printing company used. For rushed orders an additional $100 fee applies for overnight or 2-day shipping.

We understand you have a busy schedule and with advanced notice, we are happy to schedule calls outside of business hours to accommodate your schedule between 7:30AM - 9AM and 4PM - 7:30PM EST. As much as we love talking with you, please refrain from texting important details about your project - we'd much rather hear your lovely voice or take time to craft you a thoughtful and informative email response.
