5 MINUTE BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Spring is less than 30 days away which means it's time to start Spring cleaning! Most people get rid of unused clothing and other things around the house but what about Spring cleaning your body? For the past month I've been making simple 5 minute breakfast smoothies to kickstart my day and maintain a healthy body and I want to share them with you! Below is the first one I made--it's so simple and delicious.

SPOILER ALERT: None of my smoothies will be very sweet but I can guarantee you they're great for you! 


I  N  G  R  E  D  I  E  N  T  S


BLEND IT UP!

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberries 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (0% fat)
  • 16 oz almond or skim milk 
  • 1 scoop protein powder (whey)

MAKES 2-3 SERVINGS // SERVING SIZE 1 GLASS 

TIPS:

Add ice for a more "shake-like" smoothie! 

Mix in a sprinkle of chia or flax seed for added nutrition!

Mix in your daily vitamins!
